Spilt over two days photography will take place between 10am and 4pm during both days of the Expo. Each photo session is 10 minutes. Receive a colour photo and black and white photo. Images will be turned around and emailed to you within 2 days.

Nikki has recently won awards from Business NSW and Ausumumpreneur Awards. She excels in creating memorable portraits and always gets the shots you need to convey an image of professionalism and expertise.

 

Booking Terms & Conditions

• The cost is $68 and includes a single photo provided in a colour version and a black and white version. The 2 digital files will be delivered within 2 days.
• A booking fee is charged per session time per one person. For example, if you need to book a headshot for 3 colleagues then you will need to book 3 sessions and pay 3 booking fees.
• No photos will be taken unless full payment is received.
• To avoid disruption to the photographic coverage and to allow Lion & Cub Photography to fulfil its contracted duty, no photos to be taken while the photographer is completing the headshot. This includes smartphones and video.
• No photos to be taken on personal phones.
• Please arrive 5 minutes early for your photoshoot. Each photo session is 10 minutes.

 

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy

• The booking fee is not refundable. Booking fee may be transferable to another colleague if notice of more than 48 hours before your appointment is given.
• If you need to reschedule, please refer to your confirmation email and click on the ‘reschedule booking’ option. Please, note, the number of sessions are limited and we cannot guarantee other session availability. You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to your confirmed booking time (subject to availability) and rebook into any available time slot. If there are no available time slots left, please see our cancellation and refund policy above.
• The booking fee is not refundable if you don’t attend the session on the day. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your photoshoot. If you’re running late, we will do our best to accommodate an alternative session, however, due to the limited availability, we can’t guarantee it’ll be available. If no other session is available, no refund will be provided.
• Your booking for ISSA Oceania is subject to change at the discretion of the photographer. Your booking fee will be refunded if it is due to photographers need to postpone or cancel your photo session if no other time is suitable for you to attend/reschedule to.
