Janene HansfordSenior Director, JLL
Janene has more than 20 years of property industry experience with the past 14 years spent in Facilities Management, more specifically Account Management and Workplace Management assisting large commercial clients such as ANZ, Australia Post and Victorian State Government Agencies to respond to an ever-evolving business climate through the delivery of property solutions.
She currently holds the role of Senior Director, Account Director for JLL responsible for two State based accounts with unique portfolios spread throughout metro and regional Victoria. Janene has a hands-on approach and attributes her success as a property professional to her pragmatic approach and the strong relationships she has built in the industry.

Nicholas Burt is CEO of the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA). He has over 20 years’ leadership experience, including appointments at the senior executive level within both NGOs and local government. During his time with the FMA, Nic’s has committed to driving industry development and delivering high-quality services to stakeholders in the facilities management sector. Nic chairs the Standards Australia technical committee MB-022, Facilities Management. He has been a strong advocate of NABERS, particularly the use of the IEQ tool.
