Achieving the win for all stakeholders

How do we work to ensure that all parties are on the same page and working together to achieve mutually desirable outcomes?

In the last few years there have been mounting pressures and greater concerns surrounding health and hygiene. These have been experienced from multiple fronts regardless of whether you are a Supplier, Building Service Contract or Facility Manager.

Moving forward how do we find a balance between profitability and business sustainability?

This session will provide insights into the value of auditing and the importance of a clear scope of work.

We will discuss why these processes involve evaluating and monitoring effective, efficient and aligned cleaning procedures and protocols.
