She has an extensive background in a variety of industries, including Industrial & Commercial Cleaning, Facilities Management, NDIS, Utilities (gas, water, and electricity), Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Construction, and Marine Ports to name a few.

    Brendan Grimes
    Director, Brendan Grimes Ergonomics & Safety

    Brendan Grimes is a Certified Professional Ergonomist and safety advisor, with over 30 years’ experience inexperience across a wide range of industries. Brendan has specialised in assessing and developing OHS systems, quality and compliance and in the identification and control of industrial risks, including the development of Safety Management Systems, Safe Operating Procedures, Safe Work Methods Statements applied to various contexts. Brendan also works as an expert witness in common law and injury claim cases. Brendan is an active member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia (HFESA) and current Committee Member of the Victorian Branch since 2012, Victorian Chair since 2020 and HFESA National Board Member since 2022. Brendan is also a member of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS). Brendan plays masters field hockey, enjoys bike riding, running and the gym as well as going to the football, music and being with family and friends.
