Hygiene as The Foundation for Healthier Business

In 2023, businesses and the cleaning industry are under significant pressure, managing financial uncertainty coupled with the negative effects of workplace illness, hybrid working, the rising cost of labour and the spread of germs within its spaces.

Employees and customers are now hyper-aware of hygiene in the wake of the pandemic. With unprecedented levels of transferable illnesses (common cold, influenza, RSV), resulting in 186 million work days lost each year, the need to maintain hygiene in the workplace has never been greater.

On this panel, Lucas Gent, Global Research and Development Project Manager at Reckitt, Fred O’Connor, National Category Manager, Blackwoods and Dr Nick Osborne, Associate Professor of environmental epidemiology at University of Queensland School of Public Health, will discuss how the latest hygiene science, focussed on delivering targeted hygiene can achieve more hygienic spaces whilst also helping to save time, reduce costs and improve productivity which all leads to giving end customer businesses the latest hygiene science.
