On the 30th anniversary of this iconic book, in this workshop we will discuss: What does it really mean? How important is it? How to define that the quality of the indoor environment (air, surfaces, water) is created through cleaning and proper maintenance? Why the cleaning industry needs to be recognized as “essential”? How do we set professional goals?
